Veolia (BBC) Wildlife Photographer of the Year, investigation document

This is just a brief follow-up to the drama surrounding the Iberian wolf picture that originally won the grand prize in the Veolia (BBC) Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition. I have obtained permission from Jose Benito Ruiz (widely considered the best nature photographer in Spain and a past judge for the competition, www.josebruiz.com) to circulate the internal document that he produced for the investigation into the wolf photo for the competition.
