I couldn't be more excited about this new tour! My co-leader Lucas Bustamante and I will work with you to capture a colorful portfolio of the Peruvian Amazon, perhaps the most biodiverse place on Earth. Famed botanist Al Gentry identified over 300 different tree species in each hectare of the forests in this general area, and that stunning biodiversity is reflected in the mammal, amphibian, reptile, and bird life as well. We'll photograph macaws at a famous clay lick, poison frogs, tree frogs, toucans, capybaras, and maybe even a jaguar. Your entire photographic kit will get a workout here as we'll be doing telephoto, macro, and wide angle work and using flash in a variety of different ways. And we'll be visiting the famed ruins of Machu Picchu as well. I hope you'll join us!
