Led by Greg Basco and Keith Bauer, this trip is designed for you to capture fantastic images of Chile's most amazing places from North to South. If you want to improve your landscape and wildlife photography (and your post-processing!) while taking amazing photos in an exotic destination, this is the trip for you! You will have three professional photographers with you at all times (our local guide is a photographer too) to provide a combination of local natural history, post-processing (LR and PS), and photographic expertise as well as knowledge of Canon, Nikon, and mirrorless camera systems. Whatever and however you shoot and process, we've got your back!

Join me and my co-leader Keith Bauer (an Albuquerque native and excellent photographer) for a 3 day workshop at the Bosque del Apache this December! The workshop experience will be broad-based, emphasizing manual exposure for long lens flight photography (either hand held or with a tripod). The other major emphasis will be on image optimization with Lightroom and Photoshop. We'll be doing formal and informal computer sessions every day. Additional workshop highlights will include environmental avian photography (one of Greg's specialties), landscapes (including sunrises, sunsets, nighttime shoots), long exposures, and silhouettes. We'll also devote some time to captive raptor photography with a fantastic collection of birds from a local nonprofit raptor education and rehabilitation center (Hawks Aloft). A contribution of $1,000 from the workshop proceeds will be donated to Hawks Aloft to help support their important educational and research programs. Signup is through my co-leader Keith Bauer's website.
